Ever since Dr. Ozer retired the office is not run efficiently nor in a timely manner. We had an appointment at 1:45, we were not called until 2:30 and did not leave until 3:30.
My daughter is a current patient and we love Dr. Ozer!!! Great bed side mannor,always always makes sure to answer all my questions and concerns. I am a new first time mother and not once has he made me feel silly or overdoing with my questions he addresses each of my concerns and makes me feel very confident. I also Love his nurse Candice she is amazing as well she make me and the munchkin laugh and make even her shot visits fun.
