1. Charged a specialist copay, but saw only his physician's assistant. 2. Kept waiting never less than 35 min. Once I waited 2 hours! 3. Because I hadn't seen him for over a year (drugs were working and he told me to call if anything changed) he refused to see me on an emergency basis after I experienced an all-night episode of severe bladder pain. By far one of the best experiences with a Dr ever. Dr Fernandino spent plenty of time going over my situation. He never rushed us and made me feel comfortable with the surgery. He has a fantastic bedside manner and his staff were all pleasant and accommodating. A+ Dr 

Treated Unfairly

Very unconcerned, uncaring, sat in family waiting area over 45 minutes after my spouse surgery began. Person he was chatting with asked him aren't you surpose to be in surgery. He began answering in a joking manner until he realized I the Spouse was sitting two feet from him. WOW

Dr. Ferrandino is EXCELLENT with patient CARE! He gives you precise information related to test results--and the options for YOU to make the decision about your treatment. At no time did I feel pressured to have the surgery (which I chose) but facts were given to me that I could make an informative decision about my health care. I RECOMMEND DR. FERRANDINO HIGHLY! He is very knowledgeable, confident in his skills, and very easy to talk to.
