Dr. Bush graduated from Clark University with a double major in Biology and Psychology. He went on to medical school at SUNY Downstate where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1978. He did both his medical internship and his medical residency at Lenox Hill Hospital. In 1981 he was selected to be the Chief Medical Resident, and he received the Upjohn Achievement award in 1981/1982 as the most outstanding resident. Dr. Bush has been in private medical practice since 1982. He has maintained current with changes in the medical field by earning nearly double the required number of Continuing Medical Education credits each renewal period.
