Called to set up an initial appointment. The receptionist had an accent and the worst manners. She was in a hurry, rude and obviously knew nothing of customer service. Will not be setting up an appointment. The receptionist is the face of the business. This one had zero compassion and articulation.
r. McGowan is an incredible doctor. He's sometime I have been seeing for 410years and really love! He's the kind of doctor that I get excited to go see after a long hard work week, knowing he'll know what to do. He takes the time to really get to know you and situations you're facing. Dr. McGowan is in a word AWESOME. Best talk therapist there is. I could not say more good things about him. Everything is great about him. He is like your best friend. What an awesome listener and all that that entails. I’ve been seeing him for three years and he brought me out of the horrible slump I was in. Dr. McGowan is very knowledgeable psychologist. He back himself with years of practice and life experiences. He treats his clients with lot of empathy and respect. I recommend him for anyone who is looking for a great advice.
Dr. McGowan listens to my needs and my therapy with him lessens my depression and anxiety. He is very caring and very helpful with my childhood trauma.
