Unfortunately, Cleveland Clinic is terrible. They refused to even connect me to make an appointment unless I fax them a referral from another doctor to see Dr. Mackechnie. The address is incorrect apparently he doesn’t have an office in Palm City.

Won't go into the details of my knee and why I was blessed to be hooked up with this man, but I will share what I liked about him. He is engaging. Considerate of how I was feeling. I thought conservative in treatment; he didn't push me towards any one thing. I am spreading the word. Thanks Doc.

I would highly recommend Dr Mackechine to anyone!! Man am I bless & greatful to have such a awesome orthopedic! Sir you are a super hero. You put me back together and I feel awesome.. I couldn't thank you more. The joy I have from being able to pick up my kids again is due to your skills. Thank you.. I have no pain and full range of motion again..

Thanks to this man I was able to keep my leg he saved me even though was done in Cleveland Clinic south he kept saying transfer me to a trama center but time was running short and hospital would not transfer me so he worked his magic with what he had available and saved my leg thank you Michael MacKechnie, MD you’re amazing god bless you and by the way I did listen to you and went to a trama hospital st.Mary’s and spent about 3 weeks there recovering and 3more operations and I just wanted to thank you the Martino family
