Didn’t care for him as a gastroenterologist. I felt he was arrogant at times and confusing most visits, one example..I needed to know what type of medication my liver could process without causing more damage for the headaches I was experiencing. He said absolutely - no Tylenol. It’s bad for the liver. He since retired, SO……I started seeing Dr Padogo, who is also inside the same building. This is the most vial doctor and practice my family has ever encountered. He prescribed a drug, rather dismissively, to a family member without warning of any side effects or explaining the drug. Our family member desperately needed help, and believed they could trust him with his recommendation. You're supposed to be able to trust your doctors. But don't trust Van Ness. When the family member went home, they ended up writhing in pain on the floor and were rushed to the hospital. The medicine this disgusting doctor prescribe... read more
