Very irresponsible & unprofessional doctor.I made an appointment for a colonoscopy more than a month ago and waited until the last day to inform that this hospital is not in the medical network of my insurance. Cancel the appointment.
Dr. Chu is a very good Doctor. I've been his patient for 10 years. If it wasn't for him, I would have colon cancer. Reviews show it's hard to make appointments. Remember he is scheduled for surgeries during the week. The staff will work with you. Please note the out patient center they us for surgery, t are very caring and patient care is their number one priority.
