Mike Loftis is very friendly. He answered all of my questions and gave a good explanation of what was going on with my tooth. He explained that were he to treat it the infection would just come back because one of the roots had a fracture along its entire length. The tooth will need to be extracted. A lesser person might have just gone ahead and treated it and laughed all the way to the bank.
Dr.Loftis was professional, kind, and curteous. His work was impeccable! I had a retreatment of a previous root canal and had absolutely no pain! 5 stars, I highly recommed Dr. Loftis!
Let me first say I hate going to the dentist. Dr. Loftis and his assistant were excellent. I had absolutely no pain. They explained everything they were doing and were extremely compassionate!
Excellent in patient care snd follow up from Dr. Loftis. His staff is very professional yet kind. I would highly recommend.
