Everything was explained to me so I could understand. The Dr Schwarz took his time with me. I highly recommend him.
I had a terrible inconvenience with front desk staff that lied to my face and was disrespectful. Last time I went to my appointment in august I was told my deductible is a lot higher than before. I asked why that is, they told me that they went from a tier 1 to a tier 2 insurance without giving me any consent. I did not even know this until after I called my insurance.
