I waited half a year for my 1-hour appointment to but cut in half with the excuse that he was with another patient. Told me to just make a follow-up appointment. If I paid for the hour to have my problems listened to I should have gotten that. No apology for running late was given. His answers were very dry for someone like me who is interested in the prevention of their health issues. Even if he was not, he came off as very uninterested. Will not be going back to the follow-up appointment.

I’m a new patient to this office and have to say that my experience with the front desk woman, Shakeema was by far the best I’ve ever experienced in my 20+ years of navigating the health care system. She went above and beyond to set up my imaging appointments as I checked out and was literally the nicest person I’ve encountered in healthcare. Good luck getting ahold of anyone at the front desk or getting a call back. Terminated my care here due to them failing write a new rx as discussed, and in turn interrupted my care.

Had terrible, chronic nerve pain in my neck for years. Ten days after Dr. Reynolds' diagnosis I was cured. Nuff said.
