Dr Pearman is not knowledgeable of doing breast reduction , he removed my implant with a reduction, He did a horrible job. I wanted my before pictures and supposedly couldn't find them. I had an infection, HORRIBLE SCARRING nipples uneven. I'm so embarrassed, i turn lights off or cover them so my husband won't see them. I went to 3 other Plastic Surgeon's for advice and they told me it was a sloppy job.
