If I could he would have no star at all. I can say with great certainty I would not recommend this man to anyone. I wish someone would have told me " do not trust this man with your health!"
He is good but office help is awful never can get anyone for appointment or approval. Always losing my records?!!!!
Excellent doctor always willing to spend time with you and help with your problem that is why I drive from Florida to see him.
Dr. Haper is willing to spend more time with me and provide more information than my previous doctor. Visits to the doctor seem much less rushed. Besides being a good doctor he has a great sense of humor.
