On November 29, 2025, I fell off a ladder and broke my olecranon bone, the tendon ripping straight off the bone. After the ER treated me, I followed up with Dr. Michael Krantzow at his Boca office on December 1, 2025. He breezed in and, with a dismissive tone, told me I needed surgery. Just want to say how much I want to thanks Dr. Michael B. Krantzow , D.O. and his staff how great full for helping me out with my shoulder injury I got at my job a few months ago. He so professional and talked with me about all my 3 options what to do after my x-rays and my MRI on my right shoulder injury. Dr Krantzow is an amazing doctor! His bedside manner the way he talks to patents is so caring and yet professional at the same time. I would not trust any other doctor to do any surgery on my shoulder or my arm other than Dr Krantzow.
This doctor has anger issues. No bed side manners, no sympathy or manners. Scream at me after I didn't agree on getting a cortisone shot to my knee and after roll his eyes at every question I had. Behond disgraceful! I waited for over 1 hour to be treated like that...
