Dr. Kong completed a difficult surgery at St Michael's Medical Center for me. He explained everything well, was caring and prompt. The surgery went well, and the follow-up was scheduled in his office in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Dr. Kong and his office for any ENT needs.
Dr. Kong is very attentive and sensitive to patients. He did some sinus surgery for me, and it has helped me breathe. I recommend him.

Dr. Kong provided me with great care while I was recovering from a punctured ear drum and ear infection. He has also helped me with my vestibular disorder. His staff has always been polite and helpful.
The website says they treat tinnitus. Dr Kong came in and talking VERY quickly…(my wife overheard he had four patients scheduled for 3pm). He said I may have to see an Audiologist. How can they advertise something they don’t specialize in?
