A terrific doctor. Dr. Kong took the time to communicate with me in a way that I could understand. I felt confident in his skills and his recommendations for treatment. He’s surrounded by a most competent and cordial staff. Thank you for seeing me.
Dr. Kong provided me with great care while I was recovering from a punctured ear drum and ear infection. He has also helped me with my vestibular disorder. His staff has always been polite and helpful.
The website says they treat tinnitus. Dr Kong came in and talking VERY quickly…(my wife overheard he had four patients scheduled for 3pm). He said I may have to see an Audiologist. How can they advertise something they don’t specialize in?
