First, TO ALL, its a breeze & it's convenient, to get to the Docs. office. The Greenbriar location is real easy to drive. You park right up to the building. A very short walk to Dr. Kaplans office. There isn't the Medical Center to deal with, such as Metro trains, tracks, traffic & big ass street bumps. You, also walk far. Plus, you pay a hefty price for parking in the Medical Center. Very thorough - very compassionate - great communication. Sent me to the place I needed to get the treatment I needed. Also identified contributing issues that need treatment to prevent other episodes. I highly recommend Dr Michael Kaplan and his PA. Both really care about helping people
Great care, explains things in layman terms . Very happy overall had the deviated septum fixed in July 2024. Was there today for allergy help with the runny nose, phlegm, itchy eyes, cough, took into account my diabetes and blood pressure to prescribe needed medication! Thanks Dr Kaplan and awesome staff
Excellent service and very polite and his staff are very friendly and Doctor Kaplan is so knowledgeable and kind and he makes sure you understand everything,he is very thorough and easy to understand.
Dr. Kaplan is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. He was incredibly thorough in his care and responsive to our inquiries. He checked on me multiple times after my balloon sinoplasty, and was never any more than a phonecall away if we ever had questions or concerns. He truly cared about us and pursued every avenue to fix my sinuses and overall health issues. I have been to many doctors, but none so helpful or caring as Dr. Kaplan. I have never breathed better and I am so grateful for his help.
