The environment felt off putting, rude nurses who don’t seem to enjoy their job. Checkout desk especially the one in the back!
Met a doctor who gets irritated if you have questions. Worst bed side manner ever. I waited over 2 hours to be seen and then once I made it to the back I was rushed and everyone seemed so disconnected with customer care.
Dr. Kaplan is extremely thorough and gets me back up and running quickly every time I have an issue.
Dr Kaplan and his team are amazing. He explained the procedure thoroughly and is very professional. I felt very comfortable and cared for. He performed surgery on me a day ago and I feel amazing now. I feel like I just started life as a new person with incredible energy and sleep quality is perfect. I love how Dr Kaplan and his team gave me my life back.
