Since balloon sinusplasty I am breathing and sleeping much better. Additionally, I no longer sound like the lead singer of Blink 182, which is a huge plus.
I waited for over an hour with no update from the front desk other than "sorry" - no concern for patient. I had pre-filled information through an app as directed and did other things and they were still unprepared for me. I have since received notice letters from my insurance indicating that this ENT office submitted 4 different preauthorizations, including a facial CT scan. I was never examined. After dealing with chronic sinusitis for 12 years, Dr. Kaplan was the first to provide a realistic solution that actually works—balloon sinuplasty. He is also the first medical professional I’ve encountered who gives out his personal phone number and truly stands behind it. If anything comes up, he responds and does everything he can to help. I would highly recommend Dr. Kaplan to anyone dealing with sinus issues who is looking for a quick, effective, and professional solution.
