Excellent patient/ doctor relationship. Explained current situation and what needs to be done to correct the patient's condition. Follows up after surgery to state the results and what after care needs to be followed. Shows concern to the patient and will personally return calls to alleviate the patient's issues.
I truly believe Dr. Kaiser is very caring , honest and intelligent person. I Highly recommend his expertise for anyone that is having spine related problems. He spends time to understand individual problem and explains the best approach to fix it. Explains the risks associated with the procedure if one is needed . I was in terrible pain for 6 years!! associated with my lower back and Dr. Kaiser was able to fix it. His office staff is wonderful and helpful all the time.
