Front office staff seems to not understand they are working with cancer patients. Really rude and dismissive. They refused to book me for an initial consult because they saw I had another consult in the system and couldn’t understand why I would want a second opinion on something that will affect my quality of life for the next decade. Found another doctor and the front office that is pleasant and helpful.
This office is very unprofessional. The Front desk are very unsympathetic to patients care and cancer treatment.
An amazing caring doctor! So easy to talk with and actually listens to me with my concerns!
Dr. Michael Cohenuram is an Angel, he is a gift from God to sick people and an assent to Danbury Hospital, God bless him and his family too.
