I was a patient of Dr. Jones several years ago. When I began seeing him, around 1995, he was an attentive and caring Dr. As the years progressed, I saw a dramatic change in him. At first he would almost always recommend changes in diet and exercise to maintain proper health, then, all of a sudden, he began promoting, even encouraging medications and medical procedure. I agree with everyone on here. Wait time is horrible, staff is giggly and unprofessional. BUT Dr Jones is what counts. He's very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and has a decent bedside manner. I'll keep coming back. Just make sure you have a sizable buffer in your schedule. He gives his patients the time they deserve, you and other patients that came before you.

Dr. Jones was very thorough. Some of the girls, well, most of them are a bit unprofessional in how they behave and talk at the front desk but when this itty bitty thing came in and took my blood, she was so professional. In fact, I didn't even know she'd pricked me she was so good. The only concern I have is that the Dr. did address my weight issues, which I knew he would. I'm very overweight. But he kept pushing weight loss surgery on me which I found was very odd being that I've heard drs recommend that as a last resort. E... read more

Ditto, the staff is scary. The nurse who to took my pulse looked at her wrist, realized she was wearing a bracelet and not a watch and looked away and proceeded to count in her head. Uh, how is that possible? She came out with a number that is probably normal for most, but 20 beats above my average of 55. Another time the nurse used her blackberry to count. The wait time in the office is also horrifically long. I was not impressed though the doctor seems reluctant to just fill prescriptions which is good.

Dr. Jones is extremely knowledgeable and pays close attention to detail, however his staff is far from professional.

I agree with the review above. Dr. Jones is a great, attentive doctor, but many members of his staff are not very professional.
