I’m a 74 year old man with a recently diagnosed terminal illness and a host of other ailments. I had been seeing Zgrabik for about 30 years, but had to recently cancel two appointments. With the second cancellation, the scheduler said she could not reschedule me until she talked to Zgrabik. I never got a call back but was told by one of his other employees that you don’t dare cancel on him. He will drop you w/o any discussion or explanation. $$$ What a class act.

98 year old mother having eye pain had been a patient in office since 1991 (33+) years. I am a medical professional and received questionable answers from ancillary staff.. Went to office to speak with physician and was told he was to busy to see me or return a phone call. Physician needs to be retrained in their mission statement of compassion.

Our latest appointment for simple eye exams took nearly three hours, with no explanation or apology. The appointment began nearly an hour late and every estimate given us for the next step was extremely underestimated (ex. told 5 minutes, actual was 30). When I made a comment to the doctor regarding the time, I was told that he was doing me a favor by seeing me, he normally didn't do simple eye exams. I had been going to him for over twenty years, but that was my last visit.
