The staff and Dr McNulty are kind, friendly and attentive. Dr McNulty is thorough checking my range of motion and strength progress, pain level and is a great teacher. He explained in more detail about how much damage there was to my shoulder and that is why I needed a reverse shoulder replacement. Also the length of time needed for recovery is related to all the damage .
