After receiving an exam and new prescription, my new lenses didn't work well. I called to get back and had to leave a voicemail. I didn't receive a call back (or so I thought, my phone was malfunctioning) promptly and was concerned they wouldn't make it right for me. After 2 weeks I was able to check my voicemail. I discovered they had left messages, even more than a week after I called. When I went in they gave me a new exam, and said they would replace the lenses I had already purchased that were the incorrect prescription... read more
Great experience. I can see and don’t have to squint like a pirate! After years of wearing one contact (because of cataract surgery)and having to squint or be at a certain distance to see well, I can finally see everything and he was the first DR. to ever be able to help me. Wish I would have found him sooner. Extremely happy.
