Wait time is EXCESSIVE every time we go. NO ONE apologizes. We visited Friday, and today (Monday) found out why my mom could not breathe: ACUTE bronchitis and pulmonary edema. I always feel like our concerns are brushed off. We have tried to get through for HOURS at the request of Mercy Hospital to find out his recommendation on breathing treatment, and cannot get through. My sister was left on hold, and now no one will answer at all. My mother loves him. I DO NOT.

The very best! Dr. Keefer is kind, caring, generous and of course, intelligent! He is a wonderful person and a magnificent doctor! I highly recommend him.
