I love the guy. Been with him 20 + years. Adore Margie in the office as well. Only had one problem with the billing person and we’re working it out. I’ve heard other rheumatologists in the area have closed, sending their patients here so they’re probably overloaded and understaffed.
Part two of my review, apppointment 3/14/2024. No one informed e the office would be closed. I arrived at 12:48, for an appointment time 12:45. ( looking for parking). Left several messages and knocked on the door. Saturday the 16th , a women from the office called my cellphone with the worst unprofessional attitude I have ever came across. She basically lied to me because she was the woman I spoke to that moved my appointment up one week ahead. This guys a clown. I’m a disabled veteran who also is treated at the Philadelphia VA Hospital for my rheumatoid arthritis as a second opinion. First of all he wouldn’t listen to me. I know what hurts me. How can you be treated for a condition when the Dr won’t listen to you.
