This is by far the worst Healthcare facility I have ever seen. Everyone here is so rude and hateful. This place is like a hillbilly medicine shack in the woods. The bathroom even had roaches!! Yes roaches! When I told the nurse what I saw, she rolled her eyes and replied with, "What does that have anything to do with your appointment?" Crazy!! I set higher standards for the places I eat at, much less for Healthcare! What a joke! I will be seeing Dr. Rowland down the street from here on.
Very nice atmosphere and people. He is awesome with his patients. If doesn't what's wrong he will find someone that can.
Dr. Mike has been my PCP over 20 yrs and almost all of my families too. Jackie, his nurse always manages to get my refills called in despite juggling many patients and roles. It's always a pleasant experience when I've had appointments. I've never attempted to have a pap smear because he is not an ob/gyn. But if your looking for a great PCP, he is the best in Hugo.
