Scam. He walked in, didn’t even touch the refrigerator, just said you need a new compressor. Never looked at anything inside or outside the fridge. Took my parents $89 and left within 3 minutes. Doesn’t know anything. I was able to trouble shoot and fix it myself by cleaning the vents behind the fridge. Avoid at all costs this is not a trust worthy person or company. Rob was the technician.
Came twice, unable to successfully complete repair . Pricing seemed fair had they actually repaired anything. Suggested other repair options, but they were coming in closer to $400-$500 even on a 7/8 yr. Old refrigerator. Appreciated the fact that they didn't try and sell me on some extremely pricy repair but disappointed with the limited options and ultimately no repair that cost $185. If you used Sutton’s in the past, you need to know this is no longer the same company. They have new ownership. I was disappointed with the service I received, but the new owner says he will take steps to improve.
Repaired very old fridge and dryer this morning for a very fair and honest rate! Will def call again!
