Excellent experience. My appointment was not rushed. Dr. Galbreath and his nurse, Linda asked pertinent questions and listened. The doctor went over my records with my husband and I. At the conclusion of the consult we were given a comprehensive plan of action verbally, and written. We highly recommend this doctor and his staff.
The male receptionist at this office did not act professionally. He was short with me when I arrived & told me I was late. He made me feel embarrassed in front of the other patients & when I asked him if he wanted me to leave, he said, “okay.” There were no parking spots and I had to park in a handicapped spot. I tried to call the office, but the phone went straight to voicemail. My paperwork was completed in it’s entirety on-line several weeks prior.
