Doctor Fleissner was My Late Husband's cardiologist until no fault of Doctor, my husband's insurance would not allow my husband's to have a cardiac catheterization at their hospital. There was another hospital did except my husband's insurance. The big draw back to this was if any blocked arteries would have been found.
