First visit. Better experience than I expected. He is very knowledgeable and new I was nervous. He talked me through the exam and was very gentle.
Dr England showed no concern for me as a patient. After having finished 5 tests, Dr England came in and said Mrs Johnston I regard to your incontinence. I stopped him because I have never been inconsistent. I was sent by MD for having a 3rd UTI and blood in my urine. In asking about why I was rated negative blood in my urine, He says it was never discussed Discussed or not it should have been an honest answer. I agree he is excellent at typing but doesn't listen or tune into his patient as I told him I was hard of hearing. H... read more
Needs better bed side manner and listen it will do a lot.
Egotistical, disrespectful, dismissive, distracted.
I had a test pre-surgery to test my bladder health. I was not told the risks, or what type of pain to look out for. He just handed me a sheet of paper. I had back pain so bad by the 3rd and 4th day post-test (which I thought was due to a pulled muscle, or such) that I returned and his nurse practitioner summarily informed me that I had blood in my urine and that she would treat me for a bladder infection - no apology or discussion at all. Have been a patient for over 10 years. Excellent!
Office staff is very helpful and takes the time to listen. Dr. England also is a caring and considerate person. Each appointment I have had has been on time, by the time you sign in and sit down it seems like they are calling your name. Dr. Engalnd came reccomended by my family doctor as well as several people from church.
This man gave me my life back and undid months of damage from Drs. Gary Price and Dr. Rudy at urology associates of north texas
