Besides the fact that they were running very late for the appointment, did not care for the doctor at all. I was discussing the pain level associated with a graft and I was completely blown off. Told that he had a teenager in there and they didn’t carry on about the pain and I shouldn’t either. Forget it.
I felt like I was at a family house relaxing.. It was so warm and cozy ..nice fireplace to look at and beautiful uplifting pictures Nice leather couch and chairs...and a nice size TV set..that had my favorite station on "the FOOD channel "LOL ALL the staff was just so friendly and ready to help in anyway they could VERY down to earth. . Now for Dr Chung..such a soft spoken .and young Dr..that answered all my questions..and then some.. Dr Chung was so polite and easy to talk to . Recently visited office for a consultation and adjustment of my Hawley appliance after a few years. Dr Chung was wonderful and listened to my concerns regarding my periodontal issues. He was thorough and professional and very reassuring. His office staff are extremely friendly and caring. Highly recommend this office.
Excellent staff and amazing dentist. He and his staff are very compassionate to their patients, educating them with what needs to be done. My graft looks amazing compared to how it looked before surgery!
