I've been a patient of Dr. Mike/Dr. Ben for over 20 years. Have always felt secure in the care they gave me. SADDEN to see they have recently retired. WILL MISS THEM. Dr. Mike never hesitated when we first asked in the 90's if they would care 4 my sister who had epilepsy. Hope the new doctor who's taken over will be as understanding and caring.
Dr. Amy is the best. She is kind, understanding and very comforting. I think she is the most caring Dr. I have ever been too. I pray they keep my insurance. I would self pay to see her. Love her.
Not happy. I also was told that my Blue Cross Blue Shield federal employee program was not being covered anymore less than a month before my yearly annual physical. They called me late Decembe 2024 ,after my open season to change insurance already closed Since , I’ve found a new primary, but I can’t get in until July of this year. You should have told everyone ahead of time so we could have found new insurance to retain your services.. Or maybe it’s a blessing from reading reviews about the new company that bought you out. I have been a patient of Dr. Barimo for years. This morning when I was at my medical lab having blood drawn for my appointment at his office next week I received a call from them saying they no longer accept my insurance! This has left me with almost no time to find another PCP who can help me with an ongoing medical condition. I feel that this is an extremely inconsiderate and insensitive way to treat a long term patient and would not recommend this medical practice to anyone.
