A genuinely helpful receptionist
Dr. Munford is a great surgeon who is very knowledgeable, experienced and very easy to work with. However, his receptionist is very difficult and rude. My primary care physician sent over a referral and I never received a call from the office despite confirming the referral had been sent. A month later I followed up myself and made the appointment. I wish I could add more stars... Dr Munford did a great job. After I had surgery and rested up, my golf game was so much better, my handicap dropped by almost 50%!!!! He didn't even advertise for that with the surgery. Best surgery I have ever had!
Dr Munford is an excellent surgeon. He listens and explains everything. His staff is wonderful. We are lucky to have them in Cedar City!
