Dr. Hess is an amazing doctor. We don't live in the area anymore but I would absolutely still consider driving long distance to see him. We need more doctors like this in the world.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hess for a few years now . I have to say he is very trustworthy and is a good listener. He doesn't make you feel bad or ashamed of anything you're going through. He is determined to help you and is very thorough.
