Dr. Goodman and her assistant were outstanding. I experienced no pain, and they took the time to explain everything clearly while ensuring I was comfortable throughout. I really appreciated their thoroughness, they double-checked their work and even followed up with me the next day. I highly recommend them!
In my 60+ years of life, I have had quite a few root canals. Two (different teeth) unsuccessful root canals from two general dentists. So off to an endodontist. Can’t remember which of the general dentists referred me to Dr. Hermsen, but I will never -no never-never go to any other endodontist than Dr. Hermsen. He is so instructive, caring, and shows concern & compassion. I’m a fairly brave soul when it comes to seeing dentists. I have past fear from my childhood dentist, (pain of injections), never have I ever felt virtually nothing when getting the nova-cane shots. Dr. Hermson was phenomenal in preparing me, giving me the injections and ensuring I was comfortable. Highly recommend the entire team!
