Don't ever go to this guy. He is a butcher and a crook. I went through 4 months of pain that was unnecessary. I paid for everything up front, and a month later he sends me a bill for 1,265.00. They said my insurance didn't cover anything. I paid him $13,700.00 dollars up front. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY !!!
