I have been going to Dr Ham for many years and feel like one of the family. Crystal is the first one you see she is so professional and extremely knowledgeable. Explains everything she does and seems truly interested in My every day activity. Dr Ham is so through and takes time and listens to what I have to say and goes over every little thing. I am a new patient and was referred by a friend to this practice. The staff is very courteous and professional. My nurse, Crystal, helped me through the whole process of getting established ahead of time and getting me scheduled. She made the process a breeze which was nice. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Ham was very patient and welcoming. He didn't rush the appointment and seem to genuinely care and provided thorough care.
