I am 74 and like millions suffer from severe degenerative disc disease. Background being a R.N and late husband a trauma surgeon. Therefore, expectations pretty high when it comes to choosing a primary care dr. Moved to Ponte Vedra Beach and chose this Dr. and my expectations were certainly met. He is not superficial, listens to you and will give concrete answers. Katie at the front desk is a sweetheart and appointments are on time. I highly recommend this Dr.
their answering prg. puts u in que saying u r caller #3,2,1 and then when u are finally #1, after holding & holding, u get referred 2 their website, & disconnected. u go2 their website & enter all pertinent data & no phone call. oh, u also get disconnected from the ofc when put on hold & they dont call u back. the ofc turnover is high, which in of itself would hint of mgmt problems... i called to get an appt., got offered 3:30p, then put on hold bec. they didnt know if tbey could process a throat culture i6n the ofc, then di... read more
