I love Dr. Maser. Even though it's been about 3, 3 1/2 years he is the best. His nurses are just as wonderful. I can't say anything bad about anything there. The whole staff is just amazing!
Dr Maser helped me through a very difficult time with endometriosis and adenomyosis. His strengths are: A) He is a good surgeon, and he was able to schedule me for surgery promplty; B) When we were trying to decide what medical steps to take next, Dr. Maser suggested Lupron. I said I did not want to go on Lupron, and suggested several other strategies I had read about. He listened and read up on the strategies himself and gave me a thoughtful, honest opinion. His weakness is his bedside manner.
Dr. Maser is just an excellent doctor. I moved too far away from his office 2 years ago, and I have not been able to find another OB/GYN that I am nearly as comfortable with or trust as much. I was his patient for over 5 years. During that time, I started as a patient that just went in for annuals, and he always made me feel comfortable. He delivered my 1st child, which was an amazing and smooth experience (unlike my 2nd delivery with a different doctor!). His assistant (Lisa) is great.
Poor bedside manner. Was very obvious about wanting to get appointment over with, cold. Dismissive of concerns. Let intern do all the work, basically did nothing but tell me I was ready to check out, was heading for the door when I had to call him back to ask questions.
