I have been currently waiting in the waiting room to be taken back for 2 hours. Only 3 patients have been taken back since I got here.
You have a choice to use MedExpress or not. I would say do not use them. We used them for our son and found the costs to be extremely high and dealing with their billing department has been a nightmare. There are other urgent care centers out there and our recommendation would be to go elsewhere. It may be convenient at the time of the service but very inconvenient after trying to get the bill paid. Terrible customer service. We can not recommend.
