My 91 year old father has endured the excruciating pain of trigeminal neuralgia for several years. I had a follow up appointment from a past radiotherapy surgery. Dr. Brisman is a professional, personable, and kind doctor. I always feel very comfortable and reassured. The appointment was right on time and the receptionist was lovely.
I did not have a good experience with him. He had obviously printed my medical records before I went into the office - and had already judged me - didn't even examine me - just said I don't have trimengial - and dismissed me. Just like all the other doctors. I've had excruciating pain for 8 months now - Dr. Brisman is a neurologist - could at least help me find the source of this nerve pain - rather than being disappointed I wasn't another trimengial case to rave about in YouTube videos.
