I reached out after 5pm last night for help with a broken kitchen sink drain, and they had a plumber out this afternoon to get everything working again. Nolan and Anthony from Derek & Sons Plumbing Llc did an outstanding job getting my daughter’s diamond cross and gold chain back from the toilet drain line. She accidentally dropped her necklace into the toilet, and they quickly figured out the best way to handle it. They removed the toilet, ran a camera through the drain pipe to find the jewelry, and then used a thin wire with plumber’s putty to carefully pull the cross and chain back out. We have used this plumbing company for many years and have always had a good experience. We recently needed a shower cartridge replacement and already had the Moen part ready. Geoffrey and Collin were the plumbers who first checked the shower and explained that, because the fixture was older, the stop tube had become bent during the repair process.
