I really have to wonder about some of these reviews. The Dr Melkonian I met with was not only personable, but running on time (which never happens in my experience) answered all my questions and the entire surgical team that assisted with my gallbladder removal was also excellent. I had minimal pain post op and all 3 appointments (pre, surgery and post) were on time or better. I really don't know if anything could have been better than the care I received. By far my best experience with any doctor, anywhere, for anything.

The picture of knowledge and efficiency. Great service from this office and caregiver. I would absolutely recommend him if you need the surgery he provides.
Awful. Waited a week for them to call. They didn’t. Called them. Dr legit took 2 seconds said it wasn’t a hernia and said it would heal on its own. I legitimately had to almost twist his arm for an ultrasound. Meanwhile Novant’s call center called me 4 times for the same appointment to “schedule” it. I legitimately wouldn’t let this guy remove a hangnail from my pinky finger. If it were possible to give 0 stars I would.
