When I went to this dentist, there were a lot of expensive diagnostics that were automatically included and VERY expensive such as ultrasound screening. This should be optional. We weren't given a choice. The bill was huge. I was there with my daughter who was 15 at the time. When the procedure was over the dentist gave her a 'princess' certificate as though she were 7.
