If I could give less than one star, I would. The staff is terrible. They ignored an emergency situation until afterwards and then made it out like it wasn't their responsibility to contact me. If your elderly parent or grandparent is seeing this doctor, please change that. He will watch your elderly loved one deteriorate before his eyes and tell you everything is fine or tell you that he's putting in referrals that never get put in.
