They are getting 1 star because zero stars isn’t an option! If you use this group expect them to not only change your appointment without notice, but also the treating physician without notice or your consent! This is the THIRD (& final) time that this group has done this. I could go on and on but I am too frustrated (currently in their office waiting to be seen by some random Dr instead of the Dr that I have been under the care of for the past many years).

Met dr Jarrett the first time. Man of few words and I left knowing less about my issue than when I arrived. Never got any news from him. Then I asked my primary about any news and my primary managed to schedule me a nerve test through dr Jarret some how. I guess this depends on who you are to get a response from him. Then after the nerve test the tech that performed the test said there was nerve damage and would probably require surgery. On 9/10/24, I saw Dr. Ardeljan for nerve tests, and received an order for blood work, completed with LABCORP. Since then, I have left multiple messages (4, now 5) asking that someone contact me about the results of the testing and the path forward. I did not receive a return call until 10/17 after the 4th message when I spoke with (person) who said they had not received my results. took a fall and splintered my elbow, Dr Jarrett had me in surgery within 2 days . Healed great , would use again.
After 7 long months of surgeries, hospital admissions and ED visits we decided to get a second opinion. It appears that Kraebber sent our loved one home to die. First surgery he missed a mass in the bladder while repairing the bladder. It was found during an after surgery CT scan. He did a cystoscope to collect a piece of the mass to see if it was cancer. It came back inconclusive and blood work showed non cancerous yet instead of doing a TURBT he stated the bladder was shot and the patient needed an urostomy. After 36 hours... read more
I initially had no intention of composing this review. I had intended to transition to a new healthcare provider without writing this but upon receiving a correspondence from Wilmington Health indicating their inability to continue providing services to me, here i am. This termination of services can be likened to a "divorce," despite my clear separation from this medical institution. Dr. Alatar has been my primary physician for 15 + years. I'm very dissatisfied with the out come of our departure. Dr. Alatar was not being attentive to my request and relating all my issue to anxiety. After giving Dr. Alatar request on a medication that would properly suit me she still refused and I ended up in the E.R. in which the E.R. Doctor prescribe the exact medication I requested from her which works for me presently. Dr. Alatar M.A. jumps to conclusions with out hearing the patients out.
