What a horrible experience this dr has no clue as to what he is doing, never went to a dr where you had to tell him what to do like blood tests. TIME TO RETIRE AND CLOSE UP THE OFFICE

dr shank would not return multiple phone calls. We had questions for him and left several messages, none were returned

Well I only went to this practice because of Dr. Kiotis. Days before my next apt with him, whom I've known for years, they call (all need serious phone etiquette training) saying he left, we can't say why or tell you where????? So who do you want now is what I get. Next pick would have been Dr. Boornazian, Nope told shank?? No choice? He seems less interested in middle age then I guess everyone praises he does do Night and day difference. Never had a dr not look you in the eyes even one time.

I called Dr Shank's office for a BP issue. I had checked it at the supermarket. The office staff was very helpful and assisted me in getting an appointment right away. I was in to see the doctor in 30 min from my phone call and I was a new patient. The doctor could not have been nicer to me. I would highly recommend Dr Shank to anyone!!

Very disappointing. My mother was Dr. Shank's patient on hospice, my husband and I both work and as anyone cAn imagine trying to coordinate care for my mother and work in a physician's. Office myself I was appalled to receive a certified letter from his office releasing my mother as his patient because we forgot one home visit for my mother. Our only infraction &when I called to speak to someone Denice Gallagher. The rudest office manager ever told me to have a nice day lady & hung up on me
