I like many fell into a bad habit of not taking care of my teeth. My wife suggested I see her regular dentist of many years Dr Ontiveros. A very pleasant office and friendly staff calmed my fears and I found Dr Ontiveros to be friendly, very patient, and gentle in his approach. I have committed my dental care to him and after five years of care I am so much better. I would personally like to thank the entire staff for my recovery.
I was over billed for my dental charges and have been calling this office for over 3 months to get it resolved. Every time they tell me they are going to resolve the issue but then no action. I have spoken to the office manager several times as well as their billing department. On my last call I was told that they would send the refunded for the overcharge that day once their financial clerk was back from lunch. This is a very kind and professional family practice. The doctor did not try to sell me sell me on expensive procedures in a factory atmosphere. What he did do was some beautiful detailed work that I am inredibly happy with!!! I can't recommend this practice high enough!!!
The staff and the doctor are friendly, and gentle — concerned with me being comfortable and relaxed throughout the process, which is not an easy task!
I have been going here for a few months now, and am so glad I found this office! The staff here has all been very kind and professional, and the work they do speaks for itself. One thing I really like about here is Dr. Mike, and the hygienist Dave both take their time to educate you on whatever dental issues you have going on. So many places I've been to don't take the time to educate you, and that's important to me!
