My understanding is Dr Kaplan died . Chris who is Dr Kaplan’s wife, office manager is being unethical by not contacting the patients ,I want my money returned in full no exceptions. I have spoken to other plastic surgeons and they confirmed it’s an unethical type of practice, Chris made me feel as if out of the numerous grands I already paid I was under the impression surging would be preformed , I’m just finding out Dr Kaplan has passed away . My wife went to them and was talked into $6000 of liposuction before I had time to research and object. I found out she was not a good candidate for this being over 100 lbs over weight at the time and saw virtually no results because of it. 9 lbs of weight removed but after rehydration and healing was more like 4. She was then told she needed to go on a diet after surgery to see results She was going to have gastric bypass done before seeing him and had the surgery approved and a date set. Horrible. This guy is egotistical and deceitful. In my experience he was a real snake. He messed up some of a procedure and then insulted me openly when I complained. His prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for. Edit: No. I have the right Dr. Kaplan. I tried to be kind to him, but in my experience he was a real narcissist.
