Horrible wait time. Staff is pleasant. Dr. Ambrose barely makes eye contact as he is glued to his tablet, using two fingers to type and focuses his attention on making sure he is coding your visit correctly so he gets paid. Doesn't seem familiar with the process. Doesn't listen to the patient. Very disappointing.
