Very disappointing experience. I clearly explained that my wife was in serious pain and needed to see a doctor urgently, but the reception staff refused to help. We were forced to wait for two hours while my wife suffered in pain. The staff showed no understanding or empathy at all. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a medical clinic.
Have always had great experiences with Shiva in the Van Nuys office. She is attentive and knowledgeable and one of the few medical people I feel is on my side and cares about my health. Sometimes the wait can be a little long because they fit in walk-ins, but if you know that going in, it's not too bad.
Dr.Shiva is an incredible doctor, i love her professionalism and how she cares about her patients, she was my ob for my first pregnancy and every visit was wonderful and easy
Dr. Shiva is my angel, it’s a blessing to have her as my gynaecologist! She found my cancer and has been guiding me and helped me tremendously! She is my doctor last 8 years and I never had any problems with her! I really recommend her for anyone! God bless you doctor Shiva Eshaghian!
