Impossible to get through to the office on the phone.
Near impossible to get through to the office, operators are very hostile, felt super rushed to get in and out by the doctor
Dr. Elist is the best, i came in for an emergency. My eyes were bothering me and he got me in fast, easy, quick painless my eyes are doing much better thank you Dr. Ellis.
Dr. Michael Elist is an exceptional rheumatologist and autoimmune specialist. Yes, the office can get busy and parking in the lot isn’t always available, but street parking is nearby and easy to find. Once you’re an established patient, the nurse text line is incredibly helpful—it really improves communication when the phone lines are overwhelmed. Dr. Michael is a fantastic rheumatologist—kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. The office is busy and there can be a wait, but it's worth it. The nurse text line makes communication much easier once you're a patient. Staff is friendly, and parking is usually available on the street. So glad my insurance referred me here!
