This is a busy rheumatology clinic focused on diagnosing and treating autoimmune conditions, not a concierge practice. There can be wait times, but the care is absolutely worth it. The doctor is highly knowledgeable and very responsive, and the staff work hard to accommodate a high volume of patients. Once you’re established, the nursing text line is extremely helpful since phone lines can be busy. Everyone is kind and professional, and although lot parking is limited, street parking is always available.

The doctor Elist shows little to no genuine interest in patients’ needs and provides no meaningful guidance even in critical situations.
